Is a draw always described a s 'dropping two points'?

Winning a game comfortably and then letting the opponent come back into the game to get a draw. This is dropping two points. It feels like a loss or a defeat.
Sometimes a team earn a point by coming from behind and this is seen as a positive thing but drawing a game that the team should have won is a negative one.
- To drop two points
- Two points were dropped
- The team dropped team points when their opponents equalised at the end.
