‘Curb’ your enthusiasm

Playing well, scoring goals but having decisive decisions going against us resulting in draws instead of wins and cries of “unlucky” or the kiss of death ” too good to go down”all point to the fact that West Ham are toying with a quick return to the championship. The fact that last time we made the drop it was with the highest amount of points (41) for a team to be relegated didnt soften the blow.
There is some light at the end of the tunnel, our recent purchases might ad some iron, especially to our leaky defense and to the bellies of some of the preening poodles in the squad who thought one cup appearance and a top ten finish allows them to rest on their laurals and large contracts. Still a long way to go and Wigan, Sheffield UTd may do us a favour by being the fall guys…. wont they?
