Football Glossary: All (Two All)

All

When talking about football results this means ‘the same as’ or ‘equal’ and is used when teams draw a game: for example, 1-1 = One all.

Examples:

  • Sunderland drew two all with Newcastle, i.e. the final score was 2-2.
  • Tottenham drew one all with Chelsea in the Premier League this season.
  • Aberdeen played a creditable two-all draw with Bayern Munich at home in the UEFA Cup.
