“Where’s my pasta?”
Rolando Bianchia€™s criticisms of English food – “I am learning the language, but I have raised the white flag with English food. I don’t like it.” – and his team matea€™s drinking habits – a€œ…when I refused a mouthful of beer. They looked at me as if I was an extra-terrestrial.a€ The Romans invaded Britain nearly 2000 years ago and there still isna€™t a good Italian restaurant! Read in more detail here.

You are right Ed, Derby looked by far the better team. My compliments to Liverpool for causing an upset!
Not much excitement from Liverpool since Christmas. The performances against Derby, City, and Wigan were not deserving of a top four finish. Playing 4-5-1 at home to Wigan! Give me a break. Crouch on at 84 minutes. Waiting a further 2 minutes to replace a totally ineffective Pennant with Kuyt. Signs of desperation? Someone has lost the plot. How many times do we have to read that “Benitez still refuses to rule out title” ??
Congratulations to Kashima Antlers, no one would have predicted their double a couple of months ago. Check out this blog by Mike Tuckerman to read about their double win as well as all things Japan football.
