Good

A 

• The African Cup of Nations has been a great success so far with lots of goals and exciting games. Here are video highlights of some of the games.

• It was great for Tottenham as they trounced Arsenal 5-1 and very good for Robbie Keane too as he moves on to 101 goals.

Bad

• The FA extend the ban on Havant’s Justin Gregory and so he misses the trip to Anfield in the fourth round of the FA Cup. Sky News report
