A stunner is an amazing or dramatic goal, often scored from distance or in a decisive moment.
What does it mean?
We use ‘stunner‘ to describe a goal that’s especially impressive – through technique, distance, or timing. An even more exceptional goal might be called ‘a worldy/worldie’ (a world-class goal), though not every stunner reaches that level.
